Color Your Emotions
Grief can bring up a mix of emotions, often difficult to put into words. This activity offers you a compassionate space to express your emotions visually by using colors and abstract shapes to capture the feelings of loss. Through painting or coloring, you will have the opportunity to release and process what you are experiencing in a non-verbal and soothing way.
My Stages Of Grief
This journaling and coloring exercise guides you through the stages of grief, giving you the space to explore how each stage has impacted you. By reflecting on denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance, you can gain a deeper understanding of your emotions and find ways to navigate your healing process with honesty and self-compassion.
A Goodbye Gift
This exercise offers you a gentle way to express the emotions surrounding your loss. By taking time to write a heartfelt letter, you'll have the space to say the goodbye you may not have had the chance to. This practice invites you to honor your feelings, find closure, and release the emotions that need to be heard in your own meaningful way.
