Jeri Silverman
Jeri is a Somatic Experiencing™ practitioner and Alexander Technique teacher based in Cape Town South Africa offering online and in-person sessions with a focus on breath, voice, and embodied movement for trauma resolution.
Her work is underpinned by Archetypal Psychology and deeply influenced by the work of Roy Hart, mindfulness studies, and meditation. She’s released 2 albums, appeared in international TV, commercials, and voiceovers, and holds a BCOM from the University of Cape Town.

Taryn Elise Herselman
Taryn Elise is a Yoga Teacher and Therapist with over 15 years of experience in this field. Taryn Elise blends her wide international influences and extensive training in India, to provide a compassionate and therapeutic approach to Yoga. Also holding an MA (Masters) in Psychology, she uses her in-depth knowledge of yogic techniques to support emotional health and treat stress-related conditions, making use of the many physiological and psychological benefits of Hatha, Yin, and Restorative Yoga.

Demi-Gea Hart
I function as a Holistic Psychologist which uses an integrative type of therapy that incorporates both traditional and non-traditional treatments to help each individual. Rather than focusing on a narrow problem, it considers mental, physical, and spiritual factors that influence a person’s well-being. Holistic therapy combines aspects of traditional talk therapy and non-traditional approaches, including hypnosis, breath therapy, yoga, and meditation, just to name a few. Guiding you into awareness to take back your power and get more out of your healing, growth, and transformation journey. Bringing you from where you are to where you’re aligned to be.

Gabriela Mendelsohn
Gabriela is a qualified and registered Art Psychotherapist with an absolute passion and belief in the power of art therapy and its groundbreaking and unique qualities. She is currently in private practice; at various schools; and lecturing in Johannesburg, South Africa. Theorists who have inspired Gabriela’s therapy style are Sigmund Freud, Carl Jung, and Viktor Frankl (who promotes finding meaning in every situation). Gabriela also has a diploma in Community Art Counseling and has a wide range of experience, working with individuals and groups from all walks of life.
